DESCRIPTION

The farm "Marinoudis" is located 22 km from the town of Volos, in the Thessaly region. It has an extension of 26 ha with a wide range of crops, such as cotton, barley, wheat and almond.

There are almost no slopes in this farm. The soil is loam-clay-sandy and has an average organic matter content of 1.6%.

The diversification of crops is one of the practices that characterize this farm, since they combine herbaceous crops with woody crops. On the other hand, in arable crops the cereal and cotton rotations are carried out.
