DESCRIPTION

The farm "Il Racolto" is located 21 km from the town of Bologna, in the Emilia Romagna region. It has a total extension of 1,364 ha, with plots of wheat, sunflower, alfalfa and corn crops.

This is the farm with almost no slopes. The soils have a loam-clay-sandy texture with an average organic matter content of 2.5%.

This farm stands out for the use of advanced technologies. In particular, the operations are carried out through GPS guidance systems. Moreover, the harvest is monitored obtaining production maps at the end of each season. In addition, and based on prescription maps, fertilization strategies are carried out with site-specific distribution systems.
